Join the free monthly session where we reflect on the past month and set a new path for the upcoming month
Each session will begin with a guided meditation followed by reflective exercises to help you learn from the past month experiences and move into the next month with inspiration and motivation.
All you need is a comfortable space, a notebook and pen.
Join every session for full accountability, setting goals, cultivating new habits, and begin to see change in your life.

Combining creative thinking and mindfulness
In both design and yoga, Elisabeth sees reflection as a powerful tool. In design, journaling is used to explore ideas and evaluate outcomes, while in yoga, reflection helps connect with the body, emotions, and intuition.
After experiencing burnout at 21, Elisabeth developed a deep interest in how reflective practices can reduce stress, interrupt unhealthy patterns, and unlock creativity. Over time, this approach has become a foundation of her design work, yoga teaching, and daily routines.
To share these benefits and emphasize the importance of consistency and accountability, Elisabeth hosts a free Reflect & Reset session on the first Tuesday of every month—a dedicated space to pause, reset, and reconnect with oneself.
